"Good company but stick to your guns with this company."
What don't you like about working at G.L. Homes?
"The fact that I was strictly on contract work. I was suppose to be there for about two weeks and then time kept dragging on. They felt like they never had to hire me. Kept me on for as long as they could. After one year of working there they would have had to hire me by state law."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest with the employees."
