"I have worked with GKN since 2014. The work is fast-paced and requires a lot of time and attention to detail. The company was taken over by a broker called Melrose in 2018 and most of the activity now is related to leaning the company to achieve the highest possible ROI and then be sold to another buyer company. There is heavy micromanagement on every detail and very little freedom to pursue individual initiatives for business improvement."
