"This company is deceiving. It talks core values and customer promise. The attitude from the top executives towards the employees of the company is simple, sales people are more important than anything else. Corporate would rather cut jobs in production when sales fails. Company ethics are lies also. Only ethics corporate has is to its share holders and to lie and cheat the employees. This company under its present CEO will fall from its mountain faster than any company of its kind in history."

"Managers, don't seem to care.Supervisors don't seem to care about customer service and act like they are the biggest thing since sliced bread and don't even know how to complete the basics of the job. Movement for employees that want to move up is next to impossible. Watched drivers do everything they could to impress their clients for it just to go on the way side when the management gets involved."

"If the C.E.O. in 2010 (Doug Milroy) were to read this. You have great ideas and seem very thoughtful, but is your management team similar. Why is so much money put into training sales when they are going to quit or be fired. Why did it take so long to fire or let go of the last VP of Sales. Which employees stay the longest at GK Services The answer may surprise you, because its not the Upper, Middle or Line Managers. Its not the office or service (RSR) groups. Why do they stay, but get treated so bad. Yo no se."

"Cancel your interview appointment. Try again in a year or two."

What don't you like about working at G&K Services?

"Local management team can not be trusted. They manage by intimidation, not inspiration. They embellish situations to the negative, take pleasure in the disciplinary process. The HR Rep is incompetent and enjoys the 'witch hunt'."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If Corp see this....... replace all of the local management team before you loose any more dedicated, skilled employees."

"Better training. Dont assume people will pick up everything the first time."
