"I would not recommend working here. There is no room for growth. Things are done the same as they always have been"

"This place has no future. They make us pay our full pension. Salaries are low. There is no room for growth"

"I would get rid of the furlough. I would also pay retirement or at least have a matching program. I would also provide career paths."

"fight for people who actually care about the work and your (respective) departments / don't lie to employees / don't make promises to employees that you have no intention of keeping / don't use promises of permanent full-time employment as enticement for people to work long hours for low wages / don't play 'CYA' with employees instead of fulfilling promises you continually made to them"
