"The company is generally young, they want to know people are willing to learn and expand, and they love if you are right out of college so they don't have to pay you more, but you may get stuck in that pay scale if you don't push yourself into the limelight."

What don't you like about working at Giovatto Advertising & Associates?

"Well working here is great for me because I am self sufficient, but other coworkers need to either get more control over their work from heir bosses or just make sure that their bosses are around to take care of situations that need management that is above the pay scale of just an employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would be more involved with the work and the process of it getting done, the bosses are typically the sales people, they sell something and have no idea how much work it takes to complete the job, and they do not sell at the correct prices because of it which hurts the profit of the company"
