"Management, needs to realize that real people with families with commitments depend on them. GHT portrays a family theme, but it really is not. GHT grows with work loads and then lays people off. I worked there for almost 20 years, got laid off. So loyality does not really matter. Even if you work 60 to 70 hours a week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about your people, people that work there 1/2 of there live care about you and the company. Promote people on work ethic and not because you like them."
