"General Tool is a family operated corporation with a fine reputation in the industry retaining such contracts with Rolls-Royce and Lockheed Martin. They are the sole source for producing GenSets (generators) for Naval Destroyers. This company is a wonderful place to work, in general. Con: Very little room, if any for advancement, difficult getting cooperation at times, lack of initial training."
