"To continue to bring on younger folks and offer incentives to retain them. Gov't needs young, bright workers."
"I enjoyed working with the staff at GSA, especially management. There is the expectation of hard work, they are very knowledgeable and thorough, yet approachable. The Director under whom I served was very nice, professional, and always made himself available to his staff. He made sure that his staff had the necessary qualifications as projects evolved. Ensured that projects stayed on tasks through constant monitoring and advising."
