"I've worked in the Singapore office in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility for quite a few years. The work culture, environment and morale have deteriorated significantly with the restructure in 2012. The new leadership team - regional and local - do not lead by example nor walk the talk. The leadership does not value employees and diminishes trust by condoning vicious office politics. Which is a shame as the future growth opportunity in this region is amazing."
