While the people are very nice, as a Hispanic, the location was not easy to get used to, especially with no friends or family nearby. The people are also different than back home in Puerto Rico. "Minnesota Nice" is a term that is used often to describe feedback given and tends to alienate people who don't understand it. Please make sure to set clear expectations early to prevent whiplash in the future. As with any company, relationships with supervisor will vary."
