"The person I relieve for breaks takes an extra break's worth of time in the bathroom, and this is consistent with certain coworkers across shifts. Yet, often these people are the leads' and TL's favorites. I'm currently at risk of hernia from the lack of help returning to work a week after abdominal surgery."

"General Mills was a fantastic company to work for, with incredible people. The organization was very focus on your learning and development and even promoted cross-functional moves for top talent. As big as General Mills is, the organization was still able to treat you like a small company that should tremendous appreciation and support throughout your entire career."

"I have been harassed by Jennifer Copeland, TL3 at General mills for years. She is someone who is out for blood and to make herself look good by climbing the ladder and putting people down. She has called me and texted me from her personal number over and over on a number that was never given to General mills as a contact number. I then found out she asked someone on the floor for my number which is how she got it. Totally unprofessional and I have decided to quit and look into a lawsuit because of it."

"Engineers who have never ran a single piece of equipment are changing stuff and messing us up on the floor. The money and benefits are good but I will be looking for another job soon."

"I've worked in Murfreesboro at General Mills for 10 years. HR there can't be trusted and upper management is under handed. I would not recommend anyone working there. They have management's back before their employees."

"I have worked for General Mills since 2013 in Cedar Rapids, IA. The company is a great company to work for. While the people are very nice, as a Hispanic, the location was not easy to get used to, especially with no friends or family nearby. The people are also different than back home in Puerto Rico. "Minnesota Nice" is a term that is used often to describe feedback given and tends to alienate people who don't understand it. Please make sure to set clear expectations early to prevent whiplash in the future. As with any company, relationships with supervisor will vary."
