"No, I do not because each position is unique. If I had any tips, I would say to just be honest & share your past experience as best as you can."

"There was nothing that I really disliked while working at the company. If I had to mention one thing, it would be when one of the field offices didn't respond to my many attempts for resolution on an issue or question."

"The Management teams I have worked with have been great & I can't really think of a question that I would ask them."

"A Controller with micromanagement style, lack of knowledge and excess of power."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to improve seriously the human resources functions. They do not have any. There is no way that a level of management can evaluate people two levels below. There are no policy of development. All the high levels of supervisory and management need to be imported people."
