"First job in the accounting field, they encouraged me to grow and learn. I was taught and helped out on many projects getting a broad view of accounting as well as a specialization in AP"

"Be honest, and don't underestimate yourself"

What don't you like about working at Florim USA?

"There was not a large opportunity for advancement beyond the position I held. Florim USA had a small staff and was internationally owned, so many foreign contractors were brought in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize that Florim USA may be owned by an Italian company, but is still run in the US. We work differently to achieve the same goals..."
