"I've worked for GDJ for almost a year now. The company has not been out for very long, but since it is family owned, most of the critical decisions are made by their gut and not by KPI's or essential factors. My salary has been cut in half twice during the pandemic and my workload has doubled to the point where I don't have a schedule anymore. I wake up working and go to bed working as well. I do not like this overload. This could be fixed if proper resources were given and budgeted throughout, but quarterly reports just seem to fly over their heads every single time. I do not recommend working here, at least not during the pandemic.The workload is excessive, the compensation is unfair and the tools given for problem solving are useless."
