"Worked at Gates from September '15 to June '16. People are friendly, work is not too hard, pay is great! Lots of mandatory OT. Was just a bit too much for me being a single mother but if you don't mind the OT it's a great place to work."

"The Woman Manager that new nothing about timing belts but thought she did. I can't believe she is still with the company. I guess she know's someone!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't try and send people that have no idea what's going on in the Snchronous Business to try and run it successfully, As they found out it didn't work!"
