"team leaders and other higher ups treated like gold those that make the product are trash if you need weekend boss's get mad i have worked 3 months with only Sunday OFF that was in2019 gate has held 4 job fairs and they have such a bad rep nobody shows up i wish the main office would show up and replace team leads and all office people."

"after being pretty much self governed like 10 years ago, we have slipped into this micromanaging crap ... makes you feel like a worthless no body"

"Go back to empowering the workers to have a say in the over all rpocess...we used to have a say, now we don't or at least no one listens"
