"I've worked at GasPedal for 3 years and have seen it go through different phases of growth. It's a place that values work-life balance and provides excellent benefits. That alone makes it a great place to work. However, leadership is in constant turmoil, and (bad) old ideas are recycled over and over again. Micromanagement is part of the culture there and while they mean well, it can become frustrating. There is no pay scale structure and no clear way of knowing when/if raises will be considered."
