"Would get to know the people on the floor better"

"Most of the people are nice but many do not pull their own weight and are compensated more than the ones doing the most work. Over time this can get old quick, especially when the people around you doing the least work get credit for things they didn't do and get promoted! I have been with this company for over 7 years and I'm ready to leave."
