"I love my team in Labor and Delivery, the nurses and the tech and the doctors all respect each other and are a real work family. We love our patients and I have been happy there for sometime. I recommend anyone who loves L&D to apply, you learn so much because we are LDRP. You get all aspects of labor and delivery education. Great place to work where everyone knows each other in all departments."
"Very scary place to work during the COVID 19 pandemic. The staff has been instructed to re-use the N95 masks, long after the masks should be discarded. The staff has been instructed to wear contaminated gowns into the isolation rooms. Due to staffing shortages, staff, who have no experience in patient care have been pulled from their departments to take care of patients. Imagine, a registration clerk, doing vital signs, has never taken a pulse in her life! The CMO who is an RN does not lend a hand in caring for patients. He walks around in his expensive suits and will walk right by staff without even acknowledging them. The staff need encouragement, empathy. It was really a turn off seeing the CMO do this every day"
"Poor management! Micromanagement gone wild! No respect for AA's, particularly dependent upon your job description. New leadership/management, epic fail!! Nurses allowed to disrespect and delegate with no oversite/accountability, as some unit supervising nurses help drive away great, productive staff because of their bias and unprofessional attitudes. If you take your concerns to your " superiors ", they'll search for some reason, even if defamatory, to get rid of you!"
"Excellent"
