"To be comptitive in today's marketpalce the university has had to shift from being in the education business to being focused on the business end of educating students. This shift has created a lean toward business focused culture rather than a student focused culture ... bottom line versus the students in line."

"Ensure the student development issues and resoruces were addressed at the highest level (budget, staffing and equipment)."
