"To be comptitive in today's marketpalce the university has had to shift from being in the education business to being focused on the business end of educating students. This shift has created a lean toward business focused culture rather than a student focused culture ... bottom line versus the students in line."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure the student development issues and resoruces were addressed at the highest level (budget, staffing and equipment)."

"It is a friendly and fun atmosphere.There is good relationship in the team."

"strong techniques about database. Ability to prioritize workload, complete tasks with minimal supervision"

"lack of challenge and there is no room for advancement in the company"
