"Fight for your salary... Being someone who has hired many managers, it is the companies #1 priority to find someone younger and cheaper for the job, even at the expense of experience."

"Terrible pay and workload, non-existent HR or employee affairs departments, nazI like policies. Pre-owned sales are destroying the gaming industry from the inside out. My 2500 sq foot, 3 million dollar store was given same hiring/payroll parameters as the 800 sq foot $500,000 dollar store."

"Take the company with a grain of salt. They will not step up to the plate for you, and do not keep employee or customer needs high on their list of priorities."

"I have a BA in business management. I wasted 2 years of my life as an ASM waiting for the company to get its act together and give me my own store as promised to me upon my hire. I finally quit that sinking ship and got a job that pays 3x as much. If you are looking for a career, look elsewhere."
