"I work at Gallup. The best thing what I like working in Gallup is the exposure that I got while working, the team is small and amazing, hardworking."
"Gallup is an amazing company that offers many benefits to its employees such as an on-site fitness center, cafeteria, daycare, and learning events. They are the leaders in Strengths-Based hiring and believe that if you have an aptitude for a position and your personality meets the team you are being interviewed for, they can train you for the job. They also believe highly in individualization which causes many teams to do their own thing with their own technologies so syncing between teams and platforms is difficult. Everyone is really nice, but lets poor design go out the door so they don't offend anyone by saying anything "too mean". They are slow to respond to technology changes and lag almost a decade behind in processes and practices. Also, once you are chosen for a role there is no changing. As I was told "if we thought you could do anything else, you would have been hired for it". Gallup continues to be a leader in their field and a trusted resource for data and analytics."
