"Worked at GALE for over a year. Overall, there are good people at GALE; however, leadership is lacking - there are minimal levels of transparency from the CEO down to people below them. Depending on your speciality there is an opportunity to go and they pay well in the field. Beware there are shifts in the company on a regular basis, which leads to semi-frequent terminations."
