Awful, awful, awful. They work you to death with short staff and cannot keep staff due to the high stress environment, lack of incentives, lack of growth, crappy health insurance, and flight benefits are absolutely pointless in using, as flights are ALWAYS overbooked!!! G2 Secure Staff is a contractor for United Airlines and, in my humble opinion, was the stupidest decision ever to be made by former CEO! The company has gone south ever since with more and more problems created due to the outsourcing! My advice: Take care of your people and INVEST IN THEM and you won't have the kind of problems that you are having (i.e. high turnover, lack of staff, OTJ injuries, aircraft operation accidents due to lack of proper training, sorry ass mgmt, etc). When it's all about the numbers, it shows that your importance is more in money than in people. What happened to your promise of "Customers First?" It's easy to see that your best interest is not in your Customers the way that it is in your pockets! Just head over to Twitter and Facebook to read the latest complaints. There are thousands of them every single day!! If you changed your priorities back to true Customer Service first, it would be a completely different response. Money doesn't make a company successful. The way that you treat your people DOES. That includes both customers and employees! Rethink your priorities!
Ive worked for G2 for about over 2 years,My position as a wheelchair was very important and a wonderful experience,I learned so much as well.G2 is a great company where they look out for the people that need theost help getting in out of the plane giving the passenger a wonderful flight experience.
Good company overall. But don't take care of employees. High turn over
