"It feels like working with a sweat shop mentality. You're sent home when not doing well."

"don't make employees pick two days per week to work consistantly per month"

"The company has given me all the OT I needed to make my budget work and I accued time off to spend with my sons."

"Be a hard worker and do not take extra time off unless earned. Show up early and work hard."

"Some of the people I work with are not professional and some are dysfunctional"

"to understand the business world better and to treat there donors more like customers"

"I like the people I work with. I feel good about raising money for non profit organizations"

"They dangle alot of carrots but even when you move up and up it is never as much as they promise"
What don't you like about working at Donor Services Group?
"The computers go down and that effects our bonus. Also too much on the clock we need a little more break time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would acknowledge the accomplishments of the individuals responsible for doing a great job and geat rid of some of the dead wood"
What do you like about working at 5th Avenue Theatre?
"My co-workers excluding the management. Occassionally, I would see a show for free."

"Unless you are a performer and auditioning for a particular part, steer clear of this employer."
What don't you like about working at 5th Avenue Theatre?
"My direct supervisor exploited her workers and there was no recourse as her former college roommate was the Managing director of the theatre and there was no HR Department."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow all employees the opportunity to advance. Create an HR department."
