"The company is changing to an Oracle based system. Have some knowledge of this program so you can put yourself in a position to excel within the ranks here."

"The company moved away from my home. I am now driving over 60 miles each way to get here."

"With the shape of the economy they have managed to keep the company running. I would suggest that they continue doing what they've been doing these past months."

"There is no work-life balance. There is a culture of pushing more and more of the lifecycle workload to the development team (i.e. as an engineer you can expect to have to do EVERYTHING...including a ridiculous amount of testing that should be handled by a seperate QA group.)"

"FNC is primarily a R&D organization. Pay better attention to the practical needs of your engineers."
