"There are better communication among coworker, such as there is way, like forum, to post technical question and and answer from coworker. There are regular seminar by coworker in some related fields"

"They should know SQL, HL7, HIS, RIS and some knowledge about Dicom Server. Thats all."

"There was not enough work to go around. large scale reductions in force are to come. No one had raises in three years."

"Spend a little more time planning the project before starting. The employees on the floor see a three-step project when it could be one step, and they still get no raises."

"I worked for Fujifilm for over 6 months, it is a great company to work for, the work environment was good, ups and downs like every other job but always made the best of it and learning different software was the best. It is a pretty big corporation company that has several locations in the states and in other countries."

The systems division is extremely proficient in getting the product out the door.Would recommend the company to anyone that enjoys a fast pacedproficient environment. Would welcome the opportunity to work with this group as a permanent employee, or as a contract designer in the future. The products designed at Fuji Film are state of the art in nature. Have enjoyed the time spent working on their products."
