"Fujifilm Graphic Systems Division is a profitable, stable group within Fujifilm. The Graphics Systems Division where I worked is a market leader in a struggling business segment (printing). Fujifilm products and services are high quality and vast product line plus Fujifilm has great maintenance service area and technical service area."
"This is a team-work position and a family oriented company. The company is as prosperous as you make it, so when you have any questions or concerns, management is open to listening and they follow through to their word. FFEM will start you out at a decent, competitive wage but you will then be stuck at that assuming normal to stellar work. It's only inflation raises every year, again assuming you get the average review. You pretty much can't get anything better. They have tuition reimbursement, but your boss and his boss need to agree to it and they won't unless it is immediately useful to your position at that time, no improvement, no management classes to move up."
"Collaborate with colleagues implementing cutting edge processes, procedures and making an impact on the day to day operations is a definite game changer. Able to have an opportunity be with a leader in their category is a amazing experience. Work balance, empowering teams is not a surprise how well the company is doing. I would suggest to anyone interested in working for Fuijifilm - go for it!"
"Great exposure from a large scale manufacturing semiconductor firm."
"Fujifilm is a very large international company with many different divisions. Fujifilm corporation allows those divisions to be self directed. The product portfolio is extensive and diverse, which does tend to restrict upward movement. The local team in my division is a very close, and strong team and has been very successful. My boss, as well as the senior management in Japan, are very good people who openly encourage input and feedback."
"I've worked for FujiFilm for a year and a half. I feel there are many areas throughout the plant that need improvement safety-minded. The equipment is very old and needs replacement. Other than that. The business is structured and has its benefits for the right candidates."
"I enjoyed working at Fujifilm and would still be there if it weren't for photo chemistry disappearing from use. They were very fair in treatment of employees and with benefits."
"Great company to start a career"
"I've worked for Fujifilm Electronic Materials for almost two years now. The are a chemical manufacturing plant located in Mesa, AZ."

"This is a great, innovative company to work for."
"Dysfunctional, very slow to market with new products, terrible new product introduction, weak HQ talent."
"I've worked for 1 year as a contract Sr. Mechanical Designer. The work is fast paced environment. The systems division is extremely proficient in getting the product out the door.Would recommend the company to anyone that enjoys a fast pacedproficient environment. Would welcome the opportunity to work with this group as a permanent employee, or as a contract designer in the future. The products designed at Fuji Film are state of the art in nature. Have enjoyed the time spent working on their products."
"I've worked for the company for 10 month and liked it a lot!"
"I worked for Fujifilm for over 6 months, it is a great company to work for, the work environment was good, ups and downs like every other job but always made the best of it and learning different software was the best. It is a pretty big corporation company that has several locations in the states and in other countries."
