"Average company if you hope to find a place that can work until retirement. Not a good place to start for new graduates. Benefits are ok but the pay is lower than the area average. Many workers and managers are not professional."

"Fujifilm Graphic Systems Division is a profitable, stable group within Fujifilm. The Graphics Systems Division where I worked is a market leader in a struggling business segment (printing). Fujifilm products and services are high quality and vast product line plus Fujifilm has great maintenance service area and technical service area."

"This is a team-work position and a family oriented company. The company is as prosperous as you make it, so when you have any questions or concerns, management is open to listening and they follow through to their word. FFEM will start you out at a decent, competitive wage but you will then be stuck at that assuming normal to stellar work. It's only inflation raises every year, again assuming you get the average review. You pretty much can't get anything better. They have tuition reimbursement, but your boss and his boss need to agree to it and they won't unless it is immediately useful to your position at that time, no improvement, no management classes to move up."

"Collaborate with colleagues implementing cutting edge processes, procedures and making an impact on the day to day operations is a definite game changer. Able to have an opportunity be with a leader in their category is a amazing experience. Work balance, empowering teams is not a surprise how well the company is doing. I would suggest to anyone interested in working for Fuijifilm - go for it!"

"Fujifilm is a very large international company with many different divisions. Fujifilm corporation allows those divisions to be self directed. The product portfolio is extensive and diverse, which does tend to restrict upward movement. The local team in my division is a very close, and strong team and has been very successful. My boss, as well as the senior management in Japan, are very good people who openly encourage input and feedback."
