"I would be hesitant to recommend it to friends or colleagues at this time. FujI is going through some very tough times. A new management structure may be on the horizon."

"Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive. The head of IT tends to manage to the latest call he receives, rather than develop his direct reports. There was no sense of overall purpose or direction. In all the chaos, there was little interest in developing people's skills, and very little information about overall direction was shared with the rank and file."

"Have a strategy, and develop the direct reports so that they follow that strategy. Encourage professional development of technicians and developers so that they keep up with emerging technologies."
