"There are better communication among coworker, such as there is way, like forum, to post technical question and and answer from coworker. There are regular seminar by coworker in some related fields"

"There was clearly a need for my talents. Lots of things to do."

"I would be hesitant to recommend it to friends or colleagues at this time. FujI is going through some very tough times. A new management structure may be on the horizon."

What don't you like about working at Fujifilm?

"Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive. The head of IT tends to manage to the latest call he receives, rather than develop his direct reports. There was no sense of overall purpose or direction. In all the chaos, there was little interest in developing people's skills, and very little information about overall direction was shared with the rank and file."

"Have a strategy, and develop the direct reports so that they follow that strategy. Encourage professional development of technicians and developers so that they keep up with emerging technologies."
