"Very unorganized, a lot of hostility, favoritism, pay is not good for what you have to do. They don't practice safety or enforce it. You work in freezing or hot temperatures and they don't let you warm or cool in company vehicle. They watch every move you make!!! Can't even use the restroom too long or they will complain. I know it's franchised company but something has to be done. This company lies and makes promises they can't keep, especially to customers."
