"Don't bother. Even if you're desparate for a job Front Porch is not worth it."
What don't you like about working at Front Porch?
"The CIO rules by fear & disrespect & the IT VP has an explosive temper and will yell at you in front of other employees. One of the IT managers will call you dumb as a post to your face and has no problems insulting you. IT turnover is abnormally high. They lose IT personell roughly every 6 months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire your CI0, your IT VP is a walking lawsuit & Winston is arrogant way above his means."
