What do you like about working at Frontline Communications?

"Converting bare vehicles into high end telecommunications trucks was challenging, interesting, and for me a lot of fun."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Patience and diligence would be helpful.Experience in the marine industry is a plus."

What don't you like about working at Frontline Communications?

"At that time my supervisor was less than knowledgeable regarding the actual time required to do most of the tasks on the vehicles. Some of the employees took advantage of this on a regular basis thereby increasing the time and cost to complete the truck. Since I understand he has been put in charge of a department he understands I can only hope for improvement in both departments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corporate needs to reassess the job descriptions of the management and in turn reassess the qualifications of the people filling them. A clear description of the workers jobs and time line for completing each task should be established.A training program is necessary not only for getting people up to speed but for setting and maintaining high standards. After all it isn't an every day type of company and ready to go employees do not exist."
