"CYA, watch your paycheck, hours, tips, careful who you trust, read everything, sign nothing!"

"Cut throat, phony, gossip, stressful, dishonest management, prejudice, CYA, mold, stealing, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest, listen to employees, better pay, give real benefits not discounted products and services."

"Everyday was like an adventure, meaning it was never boring."
What do you like about working at The Delores Hotel ?
"My staff was great. We got a long perfectly. When there was a problem, they would come to me before going to the manager on duty because they knew that I would take care of it and I did not have to make a big fuss over things."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and be yourself. If the job is for you and the managers are interested, they will call. Until then, never put all of your eggs in one basket. In other words, keep the search going. You never know what opportunities may present themselves."
What don't you like about working at The Delores Hotel ?
"There was not room for advancement in the company. Once you were in a position, you were there until you found a job some place else"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be open minded to the people that you work with and the people that you are over. I find that you do not have to belittle someone in order for them to do an excellent job."

"I have great hours and an easy job. The environment is pleasant."

"The company is going to change to a new owner so why bother."
What don't you like about working at Pacific Monarch Resorts?
"I didn't get the promotion which I was qualified, they gave it to someone who worked for me and wasn't qualified but the boss liked them. You have to walk on eggshells so not to be written up."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the CEO and regional HR, they haven't a clue or care about the company just themself."

"I loved the flexibility of my hours to coordinate with my son."
What don't you like about working at Nick's Fishmarket?
"I did not like some of the choices that owners made, in the end it closed down its restaurant downtown."

"none, they are no longer in operation"
