Submit a Review"Loved: The guest, food, $40/night for a room Hate: The work environment is poor, benefits, medical benefits, management is poor and etc. Don't bother going above and beyond for this specific location (Fort Morgan, CO). They can't keep people, the people that work there are friends/clique so if one person has an issue with you; they all do. DRAMA!! No boundaries or professionalism, cheap and underpaid, mold, employees show up drunk or high, they all talk poorly about each other, they don't accommodate to your needs just to the favorites. Management pro-bids and keeps you from having HR's number (here it is just in case you need it (four zero two) four one three-six six two zero) ask for Carrie))"

"Mainly, memorize the script and you will make more money and be an asset to the company."

"The management was mainly absent and not very approachable and micromanaged the clinic to the max."

"To be more flexible and realize the sales associates can make a sale without using a script verbatim."

"I liked working with my co-workers we all got along well. I enjoyed meeting new people each day from around the world."

"Positive attitude will go a long way. Know before you interview if you are the type of person who can work with the public."

"I didn't like not having a fixed schedule where I could rely on the same hours at the same time every day."

"Let the people who want to work mornings work mornings and people who want the evening shift take the evening shift."

"My likes are: salary and benefits, resort is beautiful, travel benefits, large chain with many properties, and they are good at keeping staff informed."

"There are many other hotels in the Orlando area. Find one that values its employees and treats them in an equitable manner."
What don't you like about working at Wyndham Worldwide?
"My dislikes are: a lot of racism, too much micromanagement, unethical behavior, no real HR department to voice concerns to, and confidential discussions are told verbatim to those with whom you may be having an issue, with never any real resolves."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your first priority in the job shouldn't be to interpret rules and regulations and enforce discipline. That has a very gestapo feel to it. How about growing your employees, stopping workplace harassment, and stop trying to write everyone up every five minutes. You give little positive encouragement to the staff. There is a lot of brown-nosing and that leads to a hostile workplace."

"Be honest with the people from the door let them know, the company really doesnt care about them but if u want an job and you want to work to build ur own money than this is the place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look more at what ur people do and u wont have to cute hours or an high turn over."
