2.8 Friend Finder Networks has a strength in the intellectual talent that is has, but unfortunately it is not fostered to improve. They lack the ability to move with new technologies, which is so needed in the technology field. They also do not value their employees and will not compensate accordingly. Advancement is the hardest task that I have encountered while employed and have been held back by my upper management's lack of knowledge of my position and contributions to the team.
