"this place is a good place to work but the work life balance is not good"
"Very good very satisfying"
"The company is experiencing significant growth in the USA. Better development of business processes especially for Supply chain functions is desperately needed."
"Work experience in FK completely depends on the team that you are part of. Overal company culture is improving but the HR system is very poor and traditional."
"It’s a good job you help people with their everyday living, However, I need a career!"
"work just merged with Germany"
"Fresenius is a great place to work and grow. The Executive management is eager to develop quality employees and rewards for their contributions."
"A high volume medical device manufacturer who has successfully transitioned from a collection of acquisitions into a fully remediated leader in dialysis in Europe and North America. The maturity progression of the company is consistent with the industry, and they are embarked on a lean transformation to better focus on business performance while maintaining strict adherence to Regulatory and Complaince requirements."
"This is a corporate culture that rules by extreme fear, bullying and intimidation. Sexual predatory behavior by senior leadership has been allowed for years. Weak, pathetically cowardly senior leadership making unethical decisions for the bottom line."
"For any nurse looking for employment as a renal nurse, please... stay far away from this company. Or, at least the Greater Boston "Acutes" division. As a licensed medical professional, I have never seen people in leadership positions treat staff in such an incredibly disrespectful way. There is absolutely no work/life balance, nurses are pushed into working up to 60 and 70 hours/week, and those in area management positions are totally unqualified for the jobs they are in. Bring concerns to the Director of Operations? She will not even respond to you. A nurse with 15 years commitment to the company gives her notice, she does not even acknowledge the email or does anything to acknowledge the long-term commitment and service. New staff: fragmented training, pushed out to treat patients before you are ready, "training" on new equipment consists of being sent a powerpoint to read and you are considered trained. Disorganized, unreliable, no follow-through... Do yourself a favor. Stay FAR away from this company!"
