"I didnt like the fact that upper management really didnt address issues that needed immediate attention which in the long run will cost the company more money in damages."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that management be more involved in the well being of the employees and suggestions because they are on the front lines and willl be able to more accurately give a better view of how things can be done better."
