Marketing Assistant

"I worked for Freeway Insurance for 2.5 years and although at the beginning my experience was good, it began deteriorating after the 6 month mark when I was promised a review that never took place. I would constantly ask for a review of my performance and was never agreed. I continue to do business with Freeway Insurance as an Independent Contractor due to my knowledge in my field but couldn't continue working within the corporate walls, as there was no room for improvement."
