"When I joined this hotel group we were Sydell Group Management Company, we have been with the Generator Hotels just under a year and things have changed dramatically. Not simply for the Covid-19 layoffs, but the overall treatment of employees has gone down from a corporate level. The management on property is very nice but seems to always be working for corporate and not paying enough attention to the day to day business of the Hotel and Restaurant."
