"The company has sence closed due to the building industry being hurt so bad the owners weere near rretirement age so I advised them after I moved to close rather than pouring all that they had saved just to keep afloat."
What don't you like about working at Freedom Lumber?
"Ufortunately I no longer work for them as I had to relocate to Colorado due to my wifes career oportunity"

"Listen, train, communication is key, need to continue to challenge employees."
