"The pay is terrible and the parents are not respectful of what we do everyday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not treat everyone working for FCPS as if we are in it to be monsters feeding off the taxpayers. The superintendent doesn't seem to care about the individual employees much. The principals however, do."
