"Your manager's favoritism determines your promotion in both positions and in money. I was promised a performance raise...only got a minimal job wage "raise" according to the State's new minimum wage. Customers' behavior runs from "customers are always right" to racism. "Contract" is a sugarcoat for favoritism and which decade you were hired. They will ask who hired you and your hired date...all processes to add gas to the fire on your troubles."
