"I've been with the Health Authority for over three years now and found the human resources and people strategy atrocious. While there are pockets of excellence, with great leadership and a happy work environment, there is a prevalent culture of bullying and suppression. Additionally, this being publicly funded, there is absolutely no feeling of job security, since they periodically cull the middle management when the Ministry reviews them once again..."
