A lucrative working environment where the owner is continually seeking feedback and including sales reps in business and marketing discussions emphasizes a collaborative work environment. Cons: The position is commission only so what you put in is what you get out. The company is continuously growing at a rapid rate and one must expect consistent changes and be able to adapt to their surroundings in that environment."
