"There is a very unbalanced work life. The senior employees get a lot of perks but don't hold up there end of performing well. There is very little room to change things to make it fair to everyone."

"The last year they had severe cutbacks and changed our agreement. It turned very negative."

"Be honest and up-front with employees and don't change agreements. Allow employees to take vacation and personal time off without threat of firing."
