"After 5 years at Four Winds, I must say that it is still a great place to work. Of course it is a family (Pokagon) owned business which does come with special treatment, however, many people are promoted that are not Tribal citizens. I am an example, as are several of my coworkers. The insurance benefits, food benefits and employee appreciation day gifts are unheard of in the mid west. I'd recommend Four Winds as a great place to work with many opportunities for all."

"TERRIBLE place to work!!! The most racist company I have ever worked for!!! Stay away from the cage if you want to keep your job, and if you work in the cage now I suggest you transfer to another department. The Tribal Development Program's new policy is that if you are not tribal you cannot hold a position of lead or above at the satellite properties, so you will not be promoted! Then if they fire you they will paint you as a bad employee so they don't have to pay unemployment no matter how good you did your job or how long you worked there. I have first hand experience of this being a supervisor."
