What do you like about working at Four Points by Sheraton?

"I liked the reporting aspect of my job. I liked that the GM didn't bother me too much and just allowed me to do my work and run the department."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be flexible. What you start out doing, may not be what they want you to do a few months down the road. Large shifts seem to come regularly for this company so don't hold your breath on things that they might promise you."

What don't you like about working at Four Points by Sheraton?

"They had limited resources which affected my ability to do our job sometimes. It took four months to get the vehicle we needed to go to all of our news stories. Often times we had to use our own. Then we were chastised for turning in the expense reports for the miles we put on our own vehicles."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has since been replaced. He was laid off shortly after they shut down my department and laid me off."
