"The scare tactics used by management to try to motivate their employees. Also, the commission structure is terrible and there is little to no opportunity for advancement."

"You cannot motivate individuals by threatening their jobs. In addition, every reputable staffing firm conducts reference checks on their candidates. Higher commission payouts for Top Producers."
