"The company is effectively defunct, so if you are asked to interview, you are probably being scammed."

"Funding was continually in question and caused compromise decisions to be constantly made which impacted much of the success capabilities."

"Insure that a proxy is required in shareholders agreements so that in the case of illness of the majority stakeholder that you can continue to build the company."

"Find a steadier income stream, revenue as mfg. rep. or royalty per ton processing topsoil, etc."

What do you like about working at Ion Diagnostics?
"I was co-founder and President from 1993-2001 - a great experience until Motorola (our sole investor) had serious problems in 2000 and our funding dried up."
What don't you like about working at Ion Diagnostics?
"We had to re-form the company as Multibeam Systems after Motorola had troubles. We could not pay salaries for several months but most employees held out until we could pay them off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was management! We had a great relationship with the CEO and CTO of Motorola, not so good with the President."

"Ability to select clients, and determine strategic direction. Flexibility with job demands and scheduling."

"Economic influence on the market, budget impact, and time involved with client billing concerns (late payments)."
