"Company was sold so no. Anyone interviewing at this TYPE of compnay better realize that at a small company, you have to wear a ot of different hats."

"When hiring, the general priority is first, attitude, then experience, then education."

"Consulting's downside is that you don't have the opportunity to continue to follow-up, but even more importantly, there hasn't been the chance to build large teams, which I greatly miss."

What do you like about working at Chris J Warner Foundation?
"It was tremendously rewarding to work with my community to launch the pilot program to help protect victims of domestic violence. Other AZ counties have now adopted this technology and Maricopa has also been successful in using this device to mitigate juvenile gang related violence."
What don't you like about working at Chris J Warner Foundation?
"I wish I could have continued the foundation's mission, but it was becoming too much of a personal financial and time burden for the economy was slipping and public programs for DV prevention was defunded and the foundation could not continue providing resources for the corporate sponsor also stopped their funding due to cash flow issues."

"RTC was a company created to support one of our other customers from RLS"
What do you like about working at RTC?
"RTC was a great trucking company in it's short time. People were the best part of the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"RTC ceased operations in 2012 due to the selling of RLS and RTC."
What don't you like about working at RTC?
"RTC was located in California and finding drivers in california for the lanes we had were very tough the past year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"be more proactive in recruiting drivers. California has many drivers but you have to interview 10 or 15 to find just 1 good one."

"Many senior leaders choose to ignore the recommendations and it is frustrating not being able to sway them - even with the communicated negative and positive impacts."
