"I've worked at Foster Farms since 2008 when I graduated from college. FF is a privately owned company with family values. I've enjoyed my time working there and would recommend the company to anyone looking for an IT job in the central valley of California."

"I've worked for Foster Farms for a little over 4 years now and it's tough to sum up the pros and cons. They pay well for the area (in IT), have plenty of enjoyable people, and the work can be very rewarding. However, they are very behind the times in pretty much every aspect. Late adopters for software or methodologies, not a very flexible schedule, working from home is an option IF you have a very good reason, and they do not make changes based on employee input."

"I've worked for Foster Poultry Farms for the past 7 years. The company is very forward thinking for the industry. While there is still a lot of room to grow, this company is one of the best poultry manufacturing jobs around"

"Overall, a great company with great people. A strong sense of family is still very evident across the entire organization. They take tremendous pride in delivering a great product and make strides to foster their employees and provide long-term careers.Unfortunately, poor management has been responsible for loss talent. It's sad when employees can no longer trust managers who carry out unwarranted directives. Even more sad that employees can no longer trust Human Resource personnel."
