They pay well for the area (in IT), have plenty of enjoyable people, and the work can be very rewarding. However, they are very behind the times in pretty much every aspect. Late adopters for software or methodologies, not a very flexible schedule, working from home is an option IF you have a very good reason, and they do not make changes based on employee input."
